Prescriptions, prohibitions and measures to protect the safety of people in the exhibition centre

  • Access to the Exhibition is restricted to professional operators.
  • Access to the Exhibition is permitted only to visitors in possession of a regular entrance pass, which is personal, non-transferable and bears the name, surname and company of the visitor as well as the QR code required for access to the entrance gates.
  • Admission is not permitted to minors under the age of 10.
  • Minors between the ages of 11 and 17 may only enter if accompanied by an adult, who is fully and solely responsible for all events and/or facts, including prejudicial ones, that may occur inside the Exhibition halls during the course of the Exhibition, including those due to actions and/or behaviour on the part of the minor himself.

The participant is required to act in accordance with the laws on public order and safety. During the Event, the participant is expressly forbidden to:

  • Carry out any form of marketing/sale of products and/or services;
  • Implement any form of distribution and/or dissemination of promotional and advertising materials as well as any form of leafleting;
  • Bring in animals, with the exclusion of dogs for the visually impaired;
  • Smoke inside the halls and enclosed premises;
  • Ride bicycles, scooters and similar means of transport inside the exhibition grounds;
  • Bring in firearms, drugs, inflammable material and any other instrument that could harm the physical safety of others present at the Exhibition and/or disturb the smooth running of the Exhibition;
  • Enter and pass through the areas where the Exhibition is held with any clothing or other means likely to conceal their identity, as provided for by Article 5 of Law no. 152 of 22 May 1975, replaced by Article 2 of Law no. 533 of 8 August 1977.

 

Each participant is also required to:

  • Always keep their personal belongings with them and not leave them unattended. RX Italy accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of personal items belonging to the participant;
  • Monitor their health and avoid participating in the Event if symptoms of any kind occur;
  • Not enter delimited or enclosed areas or any other area to which access is, for any reason, forbidden to unauthorised personnel, including by means of physical barriers or special signs.

Fiera Milano S.p.A. adopts the measures deemed appropriate for the protection of the safety of people present in the Exhibition Centre. These measures may include:

  • Presence of surveillance and security personnel at the doors, inside the halls and in the outdoor areas;
  • Security checks, that may also be carried out with the aid of fixed or portable technical equipment and instruments, on people, luggage and personal effects, and on means of transport and work, both upon entering the exhibition centre and inside the fairgrounds and, where necessary, upon exiting the same;
  • Verification of badges/entry tickets;
  • Video surveillance system consisting of cameras inside the halls and in the outdoor areas.
